The news is out; we’re digging our heels in deep and getting the band back together again. It’s a god-damn, wam-bam, abra Cadabra & alakazam magic show; and there’s no crew better for magically appearing through the doors, than our dear friends from down south, Four On The Floor.
As their residents Myndgame & Will Kors set their sights north to take charge of the late-night session, bringing us to a close, our very own Kerry Wallace saddles up and straps in to get the mood set, and warm the waters of the early evening.
Riding in atop his high horse and taking charge of the platters that matter, Jay Tripwire is a DJ and his craft goes back to when every party was vinyl only and there was no sync button, an ethos still to this day Jay adheres to.
His finely crafted extended sets deviate from the norm and as a DJ he encompasses a very wide range of underground music, and decades of digging for music to which his ears, neck and back have taken a serious beating from shows in how he walks with a swagger.
Jay prepares extensively for every set of gigs with his personally crafted re edits to match his signature style of long, drawn-out blends create a rich tapestry of audio, where it’s not easy to tell where one song starts and the other ends.
